At BPM we truly believe that ‘music and movement can heal almost anything’. That feeling you get when you blast your favourite track and dance around your living room is what we aim to provide you with - all while pulsing and pushing through a functional Pilates class. We know Pilates can be intimidating so we want to ensure you feel welcomed and comfortable at each and every session.
