Business Description
Hand, Heart & Soul Counselling works specifically with women who have experienced trauma or hardship and need support to start or continue their healing journey. Along with processes for groups or individuals, we also offer strengths-based, person-centered, and solution-focused counselling, through in person, telehealth, or online. We purposefully hold space allowing for connection, empowerment and inner wisdom. We provide an alternative, complementary to talk therapy.
