Hibernia was opened in 2010 by Dean Carlyle, with the mission of being a customer focused Tattoo and art sanctuary. A safe, clean, inclusive, and fully licenced space, where artists can grow and evolve, bouncing ideas off each other, and working closely with each client to produce an outstanding artwork both can be proud of, for life.
