Humane Fitness is a private personal training gym in Wilson, WA just a 7min drive from Carousel Shopping Centre & Curtin University! Weight management, nutrition and fitness for life is what we specialise in! The owner herself is an accredited dietitian & qualified personal trainer, holding just under 10 years of accumulative nutrition and fitness training experience. Clients do their training in a private or semi private setting. Outside of those training sessions, they are guided 1 on 1 through all other aspects of fitness including fitness and lifestyle habits.
