James Noble is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist with more than 40 years experience as a solicitor practising in family law. James and Charles Noble from JNL made a big difference in our case because they let us avoid going to court by arranging mediation. Why would you go to see a judge when you just want to make a fair agreement between two people that have fallen out of love? If everyone had to go to mediation then the courts would be unnecessary in my view.
