With over 25 years of combined experience, our two directors, Lillia and Luke came together and established Mill Street. After working together for many years, the two decided it was time to make their mark as an agile, Perth-based recruitment company that draws on their unique experience as agency recruiters, and internal recruiters.

We understand why decisions are made for you to approach us to outsource your recruitment. Making that key decision to outsource to an agency is a big decision, and we don’t take that lightly. This is why we act as an extension of your recruitment team, and provide you with the benefits of both internal and external recruitment, under one roof.

The name Mill Street was inspired by its namesake, located in Perth’s *****, where people from all walks of life meet, connect and do business. Therefore, we welcome you to Mill Street, a team that is defined as so much more than a recruitment agency.
