The research empirically shows that classroom well-being is tied to teacher well-being. When teachers hurt, classrooms do too. We’re here to revolutionize education by empowering teachers with tools to help them give to themselves so they can give to others. Mindfulness-based movements like Tai Chi and Qi Gong are a solution for mental health, SEL, and physical well-being. Transformation in education starts with teachers.
