Stride Hub Caboolture offers short- to medium-term support, both in the hub and through outreach in the community.
We work with people facing severe and complex mental health challenges,
their families, and carers to provide person-centred, recovery-oriented
support. We take a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing including offering support for the physical and social needs
of every person we support. Our services include Clinical Care Coordination, Psychotherapy Groups, Family Connections Group, Psychosocial Support and Psychoeducation Programs. To be eligible for our services, individuals must have a severe and complex mental illness and live in the catchment region. If you are seeking NDIS services, we can assist with Support Coordination. Stride is a registered NDIS service provider.
