Our bar houses 27 incredibly rare and limited release Japanese whiskies of note. We thus offer you an exclusive opportunity to unlock each vault and discover the unique flavours, notes and characteristics of these finely crafted products.

Our restaurant Indulges in a wide range of authentic plates that include sashimi & yakitori, plus new dishes from Executive Chef Jake Nicolson that are inspired by the energetic city of Tokyo and influenced by the freshest Australian produce.
